Bookings

A booking is confirmed when payment is received. Campaign months are 30 consecutive days from the chosen start date.

Artwork

You are responsible for owning the rights to the artwork you upload and for its compliance with South African advertising standards. We and the screen owner may decline artwork.

Cancellations

Bookings can be removed freely before payment. After payment, cancellation terms depend on proximity to the start date and are handled case by case.

Availability

If a screen becomes unavailable after you've paid, we will offer a comparable alternative or a refund for the affected period.
